Friends throwing a BBQ fundraiser at Arlene Williams BBQ!

Get out your barbecue-eating hunger because Friends is inviting you to come to Arlene Williams Bar-B Que, located across the street from the Brownsville Army Navy Store 2 blocks west of Brownsville Assemble of God where Cervantes changes to Mobile Highway, for great food and live music provided by local artists performing outdoor on-stage next to Arlene's restaurant from 1 PM - 4 PM this Saturday, July 26.

Arlene Williams Bar-B-Que is known for its unique Caribbean flavored sauce, unlike anything else sold in this market. It's an unduplicated taste-treat you and your entire family will enjoy. She serves ribs, chicken, brisket, pulled pork, and the World Famous Denby Burger, a nearly 2-pound hamburger with her exclusive Denby sauce - the slogan is, "You can't eat a Denby and drive at the same time."

You'll also want to try her non-alcoholic brewed beverage called "The Miami Flop." It is a flavor-filled soft-drink that you never tasted before - and because people come back to literally buy it by the gallon, we can promise you that you'll love it too!

At a BBQ contest in Milton last month, Arlene's BBQ beans took First Prize, her Potato Salad took Second, and her ribs took Third.

The live music starts at 1 PM. Security is being provided by the Escambia County Sheriff's Office. A portion of each item sold will go to Friends.
